Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring consistent service standards and stepping in to manage the floor when managers are absent.
- Supervise store team routines including briefings, back‑of‑house (BOH) organisation and task allocation; support onboarding and role assignment for new joiners.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through active use of Selling Galateo, MyTouch, product expertise and coaching; manage peak‑hour coverage and trading allocation.
- Develop measurable goals from store KPIs, lead morning briefings and provide regular performance updates to motivate the sales team.
- Support CRM and clienteling initiatives: plan and execute launch events, one‑to‑one appointments, gifting strategies and monthly calling campaigns in collaboration with Store Managers and CRM department.
- Ensure exemplary client service, oversee client communication and handovers, and optimise relationships using the customer database.
- Manage BOH activities and stock control, assist with transactions when required, and maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and merchandise presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in luxury retail with demonstrable boutique supervisory responsibility.
- Strong passion for Loro Piana products and the brand’s heritage; aptitude for representing a high‑end luxury label.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and a thorough understanding of affluent clientele behaviours and expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Proficient computer skills; confident user of Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years in luxury retail with proven supervisory or assistant‑manager experience in a boutique environment; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing CRM/clienteling initiatives.
Education
Secondary school completion required; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality, visual merchandising or fashion is preferred.
