Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with the brand's corporate image and DNA among the team.
- Optimize sales performance by executing selling standards and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, retain, and develop customer base.
- Manage CRM KPIs and contribute to CRM strategy.
- Motivate and manage the team to drive business success.
- Provide ongoing coaching and identify training needs for team development.
- Ensure professional growth and product knowledge within the team.
- Set and monitor team and individual performance targets.
- Communicate store performance effectively to the team.
- Organize daily store operations in line with visual and maintenance guidelines.
- Oversee visual merchandising to align with corporate standards.
- Delegate store operations activities appropriately.
- Implement security and Health & Safety procedures.
- Manage stockroom products and materials appropriately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury goods business in complex international environments.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Retail preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.

At least 10 years of experience in luxury goods business in complex and international environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
