Loro Piana in Milan seeks a Senior Advanced Quality Specialist to lead industrial innovation projects integrating technology into production.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation projects from business needs identification through production release, ensuring industrial scalability and measurable impact.
- Gather, formalize and translate technical and functional requirements from Textile, Ready-to-Wear, Knitwear and Leather Goods business lines.
- Conduct technology scouting, vendor assessment and selection; manage proofs of concept, testing and industrialization activities.
- Coordinate integration with internal functions (Quality, Operations, IT, Production) and external partners (technology providers, vendors).
- Define, monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and KPI targets; produce comprehensive project development reports.
- Measure, quantify and report industrial and business benefits derived from implemented solutions.
- Support change management initiatives and foster an innovation-driven quality culture across production sites.
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years (typically 3–5 years) of experience in industrial innovation, industrial project management or similar roles.
- Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, complex environments and to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Italian and English language skills (fluent/advanced required).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to production sites in Tuscany, Marche and Piedmont.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in industrial innovation or industrial project management, with exposure to manufacturing environments preferred; experience in textile or luxury manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
