Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate global Retail Operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross-regional alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner with omnichannel teams to operationalize new tools and processes in stores, driving seamless in-store execution of digital initiatives.
  • Develop, review and maintain Retail Operations guidelines, procedures and governance to promote consistency and continuous improvement across stores.
  • Oversee the company platform for operational guidelines—optimizing structure, usability and adoption among store teams.
  • Prepare structured reporting and executive presentations to monitor project progress, operational KPIs and compliance.
  • Support communication and training efforts to ensure store teams understand and apply HQ guidelines.
  • Monitor adherence to operational standards, internal controls and policies; identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable engaging regional and cross-functional partners.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.

Experience

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Retail Management, Operations or a related discipline preferred.
