Role & Responsibilities
- Support the supply ordering process for printed materials, store supplies and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted retail operations.
- Coordinate store packaging orders and manage uniform distribution in partnership with vendors.
- Draft and contribute to weekly Retail communications for North American stores.
- Assist project management activities for store openings, renovations and relocations, including updating guidelines and optimizing processes.
- Provide operational support during sales events and other peak retail moments.
- Perform daily Retail Operations tasks such as processing orders, liaising with vendors and maintaining operational documentation.
- Adhere to the internship work schedule: full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00–18:00) with remote work on Fridays.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Prior in-store retail experience preferred.
- Available to work full-time for the internship period and to operate in a hybrid work model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrable problem-solving and organizational skills.

Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (in progress).
