Loro Piana in Sillavengo: Knitwear Production Intern (Internship) — six‑month training in knit assembly and hand finishing, starting May 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a six‑month training programme combining two months of classroom technical instruction and four months of on‑site production placement.
  • Assemble knit garments and execute detailed finishing operations to Loro Piana quality standards.
  • Perform reweaving (rimaglio) and hand‑finishing tasks with precision and care.
  • Apply knowledge of yarn processing and knitting production phases to support quality control.
  • Collaborate closely with production technicians, supervisors and other atelier staff to ensure workflow continuity and product excellence.

Qualifications

  • Completion of compulsory education (Scuola dell’obbligo).
  • Demonstrable manual dexterity, precision and strong attention to detail.
  • Respect for premium raw materials and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
  • Teamworking attitude and ability to follow structured training.
  • Good command of Italian (spoken and written).

Experience
