Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the weekly "Quality Corner" at internal production sites, ensuring visual management and up-to-date documentation.
- Collect, maintain and analyse quality data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Draft and update quality control sheets and packaging checklists for existing products.
- Design, optimise and continuously improve self-inspection protocols to raise first-pass yield and reduce rework.
- Collaborate in preparing preliminary process FMEAs and the associated control plans.
- Support coordination of material and finished-product testing activities, from planning through data analysis and the population of quality KPIs.
- Contribute to problem‑solving analyses for production issues and process/product deviations that may affect finished-product quality or require company-level rework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Basic familiarity with quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA) and quality control processes is desirable.

Entry-level internship: suitable for recent graduates or final‑year students. No prior professional experience required; academic exposure to quality, statistics or industrial processes is expected.
Education
