Role & Responsibilities
- Support Human Resources in Total Rewards initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, HR Efficiency, CSR, and DEI.
- Research benefits trends and employee preferences.
- Assist in the review, development, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and rejections.
- Coordinate Joiner/Leaver data entry and onboarding preparation.
- Participate in DEI initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of wellbeing initiatives.
- Facilitate learning & development training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
- Update HR SharePoint site content for accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and internship events.
- Monitor the HR inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company organization charts.
- Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects, including research, presentations, and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Previous HR internship experience is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is preferred.
