Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform timecard reconciliation in Zucchetti, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance.
  • Manage mandatory communications, including UNILAV for new hires, terminations, and other employment changes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough review and control of payslips processed by the external provider, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative onboarding training to new hires, explaining key administrative topics and necessary self-certifications.
  • Control and submit files for payroll loading, including data for car fringe benefits, expense reports, and bonuses.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll slips, labor regulations, and new HR policies.
  • Prepare and submit various reports and communications to third parties, such as Industrial Unions and Istat.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates in SuccessFactors for various employee life cycle events.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administration and payroll-focused role.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems, specifically Zucchetti and SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of Italian labor law, administrative procedures, and payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Skills

Proficiency in HR software such as Zucchetti and SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of Italian labor law and payroll regulations. Excellent data management and reconciliation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Discretion in handling confidential information.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, including internships.

Education

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
