Role & Responsibilities
- Perform timecard reconciliation in Zucchetti, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance.
- Manage mandatory communications, including UNILAV for new hires, terminations, and other employment changes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct thorough review and control of payslips processed by the external provider, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Provide administrative onboarding training to new hires, explaining key administrative topics and necessary self-certifications.
- Control and submit files for payroll loading, including data for car fringe benefits, expense reports, and bonuses.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll slips, labor regulations, and new HR policies.
- Prepare and submit various reports and communications to third parties, such as Industrial Unions and Istat.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates in SuccessFactors for various employee life cycle events.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administration and payroll-focused role.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems, specifically Zucchetti and SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of Italian labor law, administrative procedures, and payroll regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience
1-2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, including internships.
Education
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
