Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake a 2.5‑month theoretical and practical training programme in footwear edge finishing (orlatura) delivered in the Marche region.
- Assemble upper components using adhesive bonding, machine stitching and hand stitching according to Maison standards.
- Execute all phases of the orlatura cycle — from skiving and edge trimming to welt work and final hand‑stitching.
- Operate and care for production machinery and hand tools required for assembly and finishing operations.
- Maintain rigorous quality control and finish standards when working with premium materials.
- Collaborate with small production teams and follow instructions from trainers and master artisans.
Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling (minimum requirement).
- Demonstrable manual dexterity, precision and sensitivity to high‑quality materials.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship; respect for luxury production standards.
- Teamwork orientation and reliability in an on‑site production environment.
- Good command of the Italian language.
