E‑Commerce Intern
Loro Piana — E‑Commerce Intern (New York, hybrid) supporting merchandising, operations and reporting for North America. Internship, full‑time.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support North America E‑Commerce team across merchandising, operations and Guest Services functions.
- Generate, maintain and analyse business‑critical e‑commerce reporting and KPI dashboards on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence.
- Assist in merchandise ranking and on‑site merchandising updates to optimise conversion and sales performance.
- Maintain the E‑Commerce NA Activation Calendar and create trackers for new product launches, store transfers and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain templates and internal e‑commerce bulletins and a competitive monthly activation report on digital/e‑commerce trends.
- Support order handling, warehouse returns, inventory reconciliation and Guest Delighting initiatives in partnership with Guest Services.
- Monitor US, Canada and global site updates, provide regular feedback to NA and HQ teams and respond to ad hoc team and client requests.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Economics or a related discipline.
- Ability to commit full time for the internship period (work schedule M–F, 9:00–18:00; Friday remote).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including concise copywriting for internal and external communications.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience building and interpreting reports and KPIs.
- Positive, collaborative and hands‑on attitude with high attention to detail and follow‑through.

Experience
Entry‑level; previous internship or coursework related to e‑commerce, retail analytics, digital marketing or merchandising is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Economics or a related field.
