Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses about products, services and company policies.
- Proactively identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Support the team in order processing and coordination across internal systems.
- Perform data entry, document archiving and administrative tasks to maintain customer records.
- Handle invoicing, confirmations and statement processing as required.
- Assist with customer refunds, exchanges and post-sale follow-up in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or Communications.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with effective problem-solving abilities.
