Role & Responsibilities

  • Support client analysis and reporting by combining various datasets to identify trends in client behavior and preferences, optimizing CRM strategies and business growth opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive client insights and patterns, sharing findings with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling teams to enhance business strategies and client engagement.
  • Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor customer behavior and performance.
  • Assist in data quality checks, adjustments, and implementation of KPIs/algorithms, and maintain and train data tools in collaboration with the IT team and external suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a business background.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Curiosity, flexibility, and a team-player with a problem-solving attitude.

Experience

Beginner level experience in data analysis, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

Education

Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
