Loro Piana seeks a seasonal Client Advisor in Forte dei Marmi, Italy — Temporary full-time role in the Sea Resort boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, client-focused experience for a discerning clientele in the Sea Resort boutique, consistently promoting the Brand image.
  • Execute the full sales process according to company standards, achieving qualitative and quantitative store targets.
  • Manage client relationships and after-sales service with care and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction, loyalty and appropriate follow-up.
  • Receive, merchandise and display product according to established procedures and visual guidelines.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and workplace tidiness in line with brand standards.
  • Handle client claims with supervisor support and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collect and communicate client information and market feedback to Store Management.
  • Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across store categories.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Client Advisor or comparable sales role within a luxury boutique.
  • Strong alignment with Loro Piana's aesthetic, product ethos and high-touch service standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and clientelling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage after-sales, follow-up and client communications professionally.
  • Availability to work full-time during the seasonal period, including weekends and peak resort hours.

Experience
