Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client service and advisory sales, guiding customers through product selection and wardrobe coordination.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM updates to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while accurately recording transactions and managing POS operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand's heritage and product knowledge, communicating fabric provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales.
- Fluency in Japanese (native-level or business fluent) is required.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to represent a prestigious heritage brand.

At least 3 years' proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales with responsibility for client development, sales performance and store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business preferred but not mandatory.
