Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Director to lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring optimal performance.
- Identify key opportunities to enhance sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between the store team, Store Director, and headquarters to align with sales objectives.
- Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and managing critical situations with exemplary professionalism.
- Develop strong relationships with VIP clients through specific initiatives that reflect the brand's image.
- Partner with the Store Director to enhance customer experience through storytelling and excellence in sales ceremonies.
- Provide effective guidance, coaching, and feedback to all team members to foster professional development and a productive work environment.
- Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for all team members.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR partners.
- Conduct team meetings to share store performance updates and highlight key priorities.
- Enhance understanding of important operational procedures, including inventory management, daily opening/closing activities, and strategic planning.
- Oversee various operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
- Supervise the After-Sales Service process, including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Ensure prompt escalation of store maintenance and facility issues to guarantee safety and functionality.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, including shipping/receiving costs, supplies, and alterations, optimizing spending within budget.
- Oversee the proper execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
- Apply labor legislation, safety procedures, and sales regulations with the support of corporate partners.

- Over 10 years of experience in management and sales, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
