Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales by proactively engaging clients, converting traffic and achieving individual and store KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through personalised service, follow-up and clienteling activities.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Longines collections and horological features to guide purchase decisions.
  • Execute in-store merchandising, visual standards and stock presentation to uphold brand aesthetics and boutique integrity.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and administrative tasks accurately and in accordance with company policy.
  • Support boutique events, VIP appointments and cross-functional initiatives with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with store management and the wider retail team to share market feedback and contribute to store performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a focus on premium or luxury goods; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished client-facing manner and strong negotiation capability.
  • Solid product orientation with an aptitude for learning technical watchmaking knowledge and communicating it clearly.
  • Reliable, service-minded and able to represent a heritage luxury brand with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or watch/jevelry sales, with a track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering high-end client service.

Education

Secondary education; vocational training in retail, sales or a related field preferred. Formal horology training is a plus.
