Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Longines products and brand heritage.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM practices.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales or a similar role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
