Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Longines products and brand heritage.
  • Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM practices.
  • Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales or a similar role.

Education
