Longines seeks a Client Advisor in Chadstone (Melbourne), Australia to deliver luxury watch sales and exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Longines timepieces, complications and brand history to advise clients accurately.
- Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing tasks, cash handling and use of point-of-sale systems.
- Execute visual merchandising and window displays to brand standards and ensure stock is presented pristinely.
- Support after-sales service coordination and liaise with service centres to manage repairs, warranties and client follow-up.
- Proactively build the CRM database, schedule client appointments and follow up on leads and enquiries.
- Participate in in-store events and brand initiatives to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury brand.
- High level of numeracy and accuracy for transaction handling and stock control.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in high-end retail, ideally with watches or jewellery; evidence of consistent sales performance and experience managing client relationships and boutique operations.
Education
Secondary school completion; tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality, business or a related discipline advantageous but not required.
