Training Intern
LOEWE Perfumes — Madrid: Training Intern (6‑month full‑time internship) to support learning content, digital training and L&D operations.
Overview
LOEWE Perfumes is the fragrance and home fragrance division of LOEWE, the Spanish luxury house within the LVMH group. The division focuses on botanical, collectible fragrances and home scents and is pursuing rapid international growth, blending artisanal savoir‑faire with contemporary creative direction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and produce learning materials: presentations, manuals and product guides that communicate LOEWE Perfumes’ values, history and product features in collaboration with the Learning Content Creator.
- Plan, coordinate and run online training sessions, providing technical support, collecting participant feedback and managing distribution of gifts and materials.
- Provide global training operations support by liaising with regional teams to secure appropriate training spaces and preparing regional kits (physical and digital) for trainers.
- Create and edit multimedia learning assets — videos, infographics and quizzes — to reinforce product knowledge and brand values across digital channels.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and reports; analyse impact and propose improvements.
- Manage operational tasks for the department, including creating purchase orders, sourcing and establishing suppliers, and coordinating international shipments.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of training modules on the Teach on Mars platform.
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a full‑time, 6‑month internship agreement via an official university program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1). Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Affinity for the luxury and beauty sector.

Experience
Beginner / early‑career. Previous professional experience in training, retail education or the luxury/beauty sectors is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field. Master’s degree considered a plus.
