Store Manager
LOEWE is hiring a Store Manager in Palma de Mallorca to lead the new‑store opening, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Mallorca store team through hands‑on coaching, regular feedback and tailored individual development plans; recruit and secure succession talent for key roles.
- Role‑model exceptional client experience: lead the selling ceremony, manage customer flow, ensure no client is unattended, and cultivate a client‑centric mindset across the team.
- Drive sales growth and category development by defining and implementing actionable commercial plans, monitoring KPIs and proactively identifying opportunities to maximise top‑line performance.
- Develop and maintain the client database and after‑sales processes; train the team to optimize CRM usage and client retention activities.
- Oversee store operations including inventory accuracy, FOH/BOH processes, health & safety compliance, grooming standards and facilities maintenance to ensure flawless execution.
- Represent the brand locally through networking and market initiatives; monitor competitive landscape and share market insights with head office stakeholders.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of retail tools and assets; manage audits and corrective actions as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail with proven success leading and developing diverse teams.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Experience in store openings or major store projects is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic leadership style and ability to motivate others.
- Passion for fashion, art and culture and deep product knowledge of luxury leather goods.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail, ideally including responsibility for a boutique or flagship and experience with new‑store openings and delivering against sales and KPI targets.
Education
High‑school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, luxury brand management or fashion preferred.
