LOEWE seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Short Hills, NJ — full-time luxury retail role focused on clienteling, CRM and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs to drive store performance.
  • Deliver highly personalized client service and long-term clienteling, leveraging deep product and brand knowledge of LOEWE’s heritage and collections.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate client book and CRM records; use customer data to tailor outreach and generate repeat business.
  • Promote and support store events through proactive client outreach (email, phone, handwritten notes) and timely follow-up on leads and sales.
  • Contribute to and maintain LOEWE visual merchandising and image standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Support inventory control, shipping/receiving, alterations follow-up and general stockroom organization as required.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication and by supporting colleagues in daily operations and client service.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly, ensuring a premium client experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets and meeting KPI objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational ability and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting and adaptable to varied client needs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; foreign language skills are a plus but not required.

Experience

Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment, with a demonstrable history of surpassing sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further training or vocational study in fashion, retail or customer service is preferred.
