Role & Responsibilities
- Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs in line with business needs and legal regulations.
- Enhance retail performance through data-driven strategies and goal setting, including KPIs and incentives.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for internal and external audits.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including needs assessment, profiling, selection, interviewing, and onboarding for the assigned region.
- Manage internal mobility processes and ensure effective talent allocation.
- Develop and recommend employee relations practices to foster a positive work environment and high employee morale.
- Manage employee communication and feedback to address talent attraction and retention.
- Develop labor-related preventive measures and instruct store managers on their application.
- Collaborate with Loewe HQ L&D team and LVMH/Fashion Group to curate and deploy training programs.
- Conduct training needs analyses and devise impactful development programs.
- Facilitate career dialogues to uncover potential and develop career trajectories with retail managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR role.
- HRBP experience in the retail industry, particularly with responsibility for multiple stores, is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and labor laws in Japan.
