Production Planner
LOEWE is hiring a Production Planner in Getafe (Madrid), Spain — internship focused on leather goods production planning and workshop capacity management.

Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and challenge capacity assumptions from finished-goods workshops; identify capacity levers and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of production planning master data (completeness, consistency, alignment with actuals).
- Define and monitor ramp-up plans for newness in collaboration with workshops and follow up on workshop efficiency during ramp-up.
- Assess planning impacts on finished-product availability at the central distribution centre and escalate projected shortages or overstocks to the Head of Production Planning.
- Act as the primary interface for Supply Chain teams on topics related to finished-product availability at the central DC for the assigned segment.
- Share, communicate and follow up the production plan with workshops, ensuring alignment between plan and execution.
- Map and understand workshops’ production organisation and planning processes; design and track workshop maturity improvement action plans.
- Monitor, analyse and challenge workshop KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant production planning experience, ideally within luxury or fashion leather goods manufacturing.
- Proven knowledge of production planning and MRP principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel emphasis expected).
- Demonstrated ability to analyse workshop capacity and challenge organisational/process assumptions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present issues and drive alignment with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive and responsive with a problem-solving mindset.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of production planning experience, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry with exposure to leather goods and workshop-based manufacturing.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
