Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the reception and transportation of fabric, supporting the procurement team in managing merchandise logistics from origin to destination.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of a new application to integrate transport processes.
  • Ensure timely external quality control of fabrics, guaranteeing that materials are received and inspected promptly.
  • Prepare production follow-up files and generate supplier KPIs based on lead times, volume, and quality.
  • Maintain back-office tasks, including code and order management.
  • Work with the warehouse team to identify deadstock for potential sale or disposal.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in studies that allow for an internship agreement with a university.
  • Possession of a student NIE for EU students or a working permit for non-EU students.

Skills

Interest in fashion and culture with a career focus on supply chain or logistics. Exceptional attention to detail and pride in work quality. Proficiency in Spanish and English, with additional languages considered an advantage. Competence in Microsoft Office programs, with Excel proficiency mandatory.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
