Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in Training & Development activities, including tracking training activities within the Manufacturing business area and coordinating with training providers.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in talent mapping, interviewing, campus recruitment, and internship coordination.
- Collaborate in the launch of HR communications.
- Monitor work absenteeism, attendance, trade union spreadsheets, and working hours reductions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an educational institution.
- Availability for a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
- Advanced level of English.

No prior experience required, but a beginner's understanding of HR processes is beneficial.
