HR Operations Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute HR processes covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HR-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare and coordinate data for payroll, incentive calculations, attendance management, and benefits administration.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HRIS through data entry, updates, and audits.
• Support the creation of HR reports and data analysis to aid decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Loewe HQ HR Operations Team to optimize HR systems and interfaces.
• Participate in HR system enhancement and implementation projects.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate information.
• Support employees to ensure smooth access to HR services.
• Assist with communication to provide HR-related information.
• Support HR operations in compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and industry standards.
• Support responses to internal and external HR-related audits.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in HR-related operations.
• Experience using various HR systems and SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Native Japanese, Business level English.
