Distribution Planner
LOEWE — Distribution Planner (6-month contract) in Madrid. Manage global stock allocations and replenishment for the brand's retail network.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage distribution of seasonal and permanent collections to stores and regions worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate product flow.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to support launch cadence and in-store availability for new collections.
- Monitor warehouse and store inventory levels, driving daily allocations and replenishment decisions based on market demand.
- Support global stock rebalancing between stores, countries and regions to optimize sell-through and service levels.
- Provide visibility to internal stakeholders on stock availability, incoming shipments and allocation plans.
- Handle ad-hoc shipping requests for press, events and brand activations and support related logistics execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase distribution efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in distribution planning, supply chain or inventory management, preferably within fashion or retail.
- Proven analytical aptitude with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across regional teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other distribution/BI tools is desirable.
- Solid understanding of inventory concepts such as stock coverage, allocations and replenishment.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
