Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Support the Store Manager/Director in developing client relationships and securing succession plans.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages cooperation and excellence.
  • Manage client experiences to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales for the assigned category, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
  • Maintain inventory management and operational standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to new team members during onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Passion and knowledge of the leather goods category.
  • Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Fluency in English.

Experience
