Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, collect, validate and maintain accurate Collection Costs data across all development stages.
  • Provide ongoing cost tracking, variance analysis and reporting to support pricing and margin decisions.
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to optimise product cost structures and sourcing outcomes.
  • Design and deliver Power Query and Power BI solutions to automate data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with Industrial Controlling, Project Management, Raw Materials, Continuous Improvement and Materials Data teams to ensure timely routing of styles through the development lifecycle.
  • Detect data deviations and errors and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' relevant professional experience in data analysis, costing or a Data Scientist role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data validation techniques.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying Power Query and Power BI solutions for reporting and analytics.
  • Demonstrable ability to extract, clean and analyse large datasets with attention to data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in costing, data analytics or a Data Scientist role, ideally within apparel, luxury goods or consumer goods development environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline preferred.
