Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain advanced product knowledge to drive cross-selling and upselling across multiple categories.
- Support inventory control and back-of-house operations.
- Execute visual merchandising plans in alignment with Loewe's standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of fashion sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury retail or ready-to-wear.
