Client Advisor

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Deliver personalised, high-touch customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of LOEWE collections and brand heritage to advise clients effectively.
• Use CRM tools to record client data, manage the client book, and execute targeted outreach (email, phone, personalised notes).
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor and stockroom meet LOEWE image and presentation standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and basic inventory control as required; ensure accurate sales and client records.
• Promote store events and drive attendance through direct client communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment and contribute to general housekeeping and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and adapt to varied customer needs.
• Team-oriented mindset and demonstrated collaboration skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
