LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive) to drive luxury sales, deliver personalised client service and support visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
  • Deliver personalised, best-in-class client service that builds enduring customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Utilise CRM tools to capture customer data, maintain an accurate client book and drive targeted follow-up and event promotion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and support store initiatives.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Contribute to the visual presentation of merchandise; implement window, interior displays and space utilization per LOEWE guidelines.
  • Uphold LOEWE image and brand standards in all client interactions and store presentation.
  • Record and manage all client information, handle client inquiries, shipping and alterations expediently.
  • Support shipping, receiving and inventory control activities as required.
  • Participate in store housekeeping and general upkeep of the boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising, including window and interior displays.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to prioritise multiple projects effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational follow-through.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as business requires.
  • Ability to liaise eloquently with external third parties and vendors.

Experience

Minimum three years of luxury retail sales experience with proven success in surpassing sales targets and hands-on experience in visual merchandising and boutique operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, visual merchandising or fashion merchandising preferred.
