Chemical Data Engineer Intern
LOEWE in Getafe seeks a Chemical Data Engineer Intern to support the Quality team with data analysis, reporting and testing optimization.

Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, cleanse and process laboratory and testing data from corporate systems to enable trend and pattern analysis.
- Analyze laboratory testing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction and better resource allocation.
- Identify missing or incomplete tests, investigate root causes and track corrective actions through to resolution.
- Maintain and update centralized reporting files to allow extraction of testing status by collection, material and test type.
- Prepare ad hoc and recurring reports in response to departmental requests and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem‑solving aptitude, with attention to detail when handling laboratory and regulatory data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesise technical findings for cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to work on‑site and collaborate with quality, laboratory and supply‑chain stakeholders.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for candidates with academic experience and/or prior internships involving laboratory testing, quality control data or analytical projects. Beginner level of professional experience expected.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related scientific discipline.
