Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide financial input and decision support to the commercial team through financial steering, planning, performance tracking, business analysis, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Conduct financial analysis on variances against historical data and forecasts, offering insightful comments and periodical reporting.
  • Coordinate marketing and operational calendars by market and store for topline forecasting and spend management improvements.
  • Enhance OPEX management with a focus on cost control and ROI, particularly for marketing budgets and retail expenses.
  • Support store projects including openings, closures, renovations, relocations, and rent negotiations, providing strategic financial advice.
  • Drive data-driven insights through visualization tools to simplify complex financial information for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of experience in BPC/FP&A functions, preferably in retail, FMCG, or fashion industries.
  • Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, result-oriented, open-minded, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multi-functional teams. Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

Experience

Over 10 years of experience in BPC/FP&A functions, with a preference for experience in retail, FMCG, or fashion industries.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
