Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and understand customer needs, offering tailored fragrance solutions.
- Encourage additional purchases within the product category.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Meet monthly retail sales goals.
- Educate customers about Loewe products and brand heritage.
- Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
