Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Workplace Manager within the Information Systems Directorate in daily operations and projects.
  • Contribute to the industrialisation and standardisation of end-user equipment and desktop applications.
  • Manage and integrate Workplace-related projects across the LVMH group.
  • Plan and execute deployments and renewals of workstations; manage decommissioning of obsolete assets and software versions.
  • Implement projects aimed at improving the collaborators’ work environment.
  • Provide Level 2 user support for the Workplace perimeter.
  • Write and update technical procedures, including installation and operational processes for tools and systems.
  • Manage Office 365 accounts and identities.
  • Administer and operate fleet management and administration tools.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an IT degree programme, engineering school, or equivalent (apprenticeship required).
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude for user support.
  • Availability for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.

Experience

Entry-level: suitable for students with little or no professional experience. Prior internships or hands‑on exposure to IT support, deployments or scripting are advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in a computer science or IT programme (school, university or equivalent); apprenticeship contract (alternance) required.
