Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise in‑store storage areas for commercial departments to ensure efficient flow of goods.
  • Receive, sort and store incoming merchandise; maintain order and accessibility in the stockroom.
  • Prepare replenishment for sales floor and organise outbound returns to suppliers.
  • Control, package and de‑label products according to store procedures, including re‑labelling when required.
  • Sustain 5S and Lean housekeeping standards across back‑of‑house areas and escalate issues that jeopardise team objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and buying teams to coordinate stock movements and inventory needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks per the operational planning and provide concise activity reports on stock status.

Qualifications

  • First experience in stock handling or logistics preferred; entry‑level candidates with relevant exposure will be considered.
  • Demonstrable rigour, organisation and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Client‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of service and practical problem‑solving.
  • Capacity to take initiative while working collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort with preparing activity reports and basic inventory documentation.
  • Proficient with standard IT tools used in retail operations.

Experience
