Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, assisting project managers with in-store thematic execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creation, merchandising, and retail to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Propose customer experiences through collaborations, partnerships, and in-store animations.
  • Contribute to the 360-degree communication plan, encompassing CRM, digital, and public relations.
  • Manage product selection in collaboration with internal teams and oversee operational follow-up of animations and campaign evaluations.
  • Assist in organizing in-store events with brand partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination for asset collection each season.
  • Ensure optimal brand visibility in-store through signage coordination.
  • Support project managers in organizing key events such as inaugurations, commercial highlights, and clienteling events.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders, including internal teams, service providers, and partners, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Contribute to logistics, operational follow-up, and post-event evaluations.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking across categories, including department stores, retail stores, digital platforms, and new concepts.
  • Share competitive insights during team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Master's level education
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous
  • Fluency in both English and French
