Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and weekly logistics KPIs and presentations on achieved results.
- Participate in project follow-up meetings, draft minutes, and ensure their distribution to stakeholders.
- Support managers in implementing continuous improvement tools and methods.
- Participate in workshops and draft procedures, operating modes, and training materials.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring and control of the implementation of validated processes and procedures, ensuring their proper application in the field.
- Support logistics teams in implementing new organizations or tools defined within the company's project framework.
- Participate in resolving occasional issues related to flow optimization.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collect and analyze data (KPIs) to quantify discrepancies and justify improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an Engineering School, Business School, or University with a specialization in project management, logistics, or supply chain.
