Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts, including acquisition and loan agreements for artworks, exploitation contracts, and general terms and conditions.
  • Provide legal advice to operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law.
  • Offer legal support for projects related to new technologies, including the digitalization of legal activities and matters concerning Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Prepare and participate in training sessions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.

Qualifications

  • Master 2 in Business Law or CRFPA training.
  • International academic or professional experience is appreciated.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and contract law, ideally through previous internships in law firms or companies, preferably in the distribution sector.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in computer tools.

Skills

Attention to detail and strong writing skills. Organizational skills and ability to synthesize information. Autonomous with a collaborative spirit.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, ideally through previous internships in law firms or companies.

Education

Master 2 in Business Law or CRFPA training.
