Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts, including acquisition and loan agreements for artworks, exploitation contracts, and general terms and conditions.
- Provide legal advice to operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law.
- Offer legal support for projects related to new technologies, including the digitalization of legal activities and matters concerning Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Prepare and participate in training sessions.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
Qualifications
- Master 2 in Business Law or CRFPA training.
- International academic or professional experience is appreciated.
- Strong knowledge of distribution and contract law, ideally through previous internships in law firms or companies, preferably in the distribution sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
