Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, and procurement contracts, including distribution agreements, unique conventions, and general terms and conditions.
- Provide legal counsel to operational teams on distribution, competition, and consumer law.
- Prepare and participate in training sessions.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
Qualifications
- Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization in Competition and Distribution Law, or CRFPA training.
- Previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate setting, ideally within the distribution sector.
