Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from operational teams.
  • Assist in drafting detailed technical-functional specifications and user stories.
  • Ensure alignment of business requests with project objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT Project Managers and developers to ensure clear understanding of system requirements.
  • Contribute to the design of technical solutions in collaboration with development teams.
  • Conduct technical investigations within systems to understand and qualify issues.
  • Participate in defining test strategies and plans, including functional, integration, and non-regression tests.
  • Design and execute test campaigns, identify anomalies, and follow up on their resolution.
  • Validate deliverables and implementation quality before production release.
  • Contribute to the structuring and enhancement of project documentation.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and propose process optimizations.
  • Participate in discussions on test and deployment process automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of significant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
  • Experience in AMOA, technical-functional roles, or software testing in multi-application contexts is a major asset.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries, log analysis, and understanding of JSON/XML formats. Strong IT affinity and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and test management tools (e.g., Squash). Excellent ability to gather, analyze, and formalize business needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a pronounced team-working preference. Curiosity, analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and pragmatism. Operational focus and adaptability to dynamic environments. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience, ideally within the retail or luxury sectors, with a focus on project management or technical-functional roles.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent.
