Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from operational teams.
- Assist in drafting detailed technical-functional specifications and user stories.
- Ensure alignment of business requests with project objectives and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT Project Managers and developers to ensure clear understanding of system requirements.
- Contribute to the design of technical solutions in collaboration with development teams.
- Conduct technical investigations within systems to understand and qualify issues.
- Participate in defining test strategies and plans, including functional, integration, and non-regression tests.
- Design and execute test campaigns, identify anomalies, and follow up on their resolution.
- Validate deliverables and implementation quality before production release.
- Contribute to the structuring and enhancement of project documentation.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and propose process optimizations.
- Participate in discussions on test and deployment process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
- Experience in AMOA, technical-functional roles, or software testing in multi-application contexts is a major asset.
