Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with grocery teams to ensure product availability in-store.
- Receive and process directives regarding supply and configuration from the Sector Manager.
- Identify and analyze stock shortages, implementing corrective actions.
- Correct stock discrepancies based on feedback from stockists and sales staff.
- Anticipate product flows for commercial events by staying informed on estimated quantities.
- Participate in logistics activity meetings, including supply points and ad-hoc meetings.
- Handle unreadable items to alert assistants and adjust stock accordingly.
- Manage warehouse supply settings and propose improvements.
- Conduct random or targeted checks on arrivals, such as direct suppliers.
- Define order quantities and track store orders to the warehouse, including returns.
- Assist in product transportation to sales areas and maintain assigned storage areas.
- Prepare and conduct rotating inventories in-store and in storage.
- Plan store replenishment for products nearing their minimum durability date.
- Manage markdowns, including identifying products for disposal and tracking obsolete stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail supply management, preferably in food and seasonal products.
- Proven ability to anticipate, manage, and oversee stock operations.
- Proficiency in IT tools and familiarity with stock and order management software.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (sales, marketing, logistics, production).
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and priority management.
