Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the editor for internal media, including the Intranet, newsletters, and digital displays, by producing engaging and connective content.
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar to highlight news and talents within the maisons.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal events for employees, promoting the Bon Marché Sports Union activities.
- Support the deployment of new internal communication initiatives and propose enhancements to employee engagement strategies.
- Implement original initiatives that boost team engagement, cohesion, and pride.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or a related field.
