Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the implementation and evolution of HRIS functionalities.
  • Participate in testing and validating new system features.
  • Propose improvements to optimize tool efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of HRIS tools regularly.
  • Identify and resolve system anomalies and bugs.
  • Ensure proper functioning of interfaces such as Payroll and Time Management.
  • Contribute to preventive actions to ensure service continuity.
  • Update HR tools including talent management and interfaces.
  • Assist end-users with daily HRIS operations.
  • Manage support tickets and resolve technical-functional incidents.
  • Draft user documentation and training materials.
  • Organize and conduct user training sessions.
  • Stay informed on technological advancements in HRIS.
  • Recommend modernizations and enhancements for the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure system efficiency.
  • Facilitate clear communication with users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology with a specialization in HR.
  • Proven experience in HRIS or HR project management.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
  • Autonomous, organized, and effective project management capabilities.

Experience
