Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the implementation and evolution of HRIS functionalities.
  • Participate in testing and validating new features.
  • Propose enhancements to optimize tool efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of HRIS tools regularly.
  • Identify and rectify anomalies and bugs.
  • Ensure proper functioning of interfaces such as Payroll and Time Management.
  • Contribute to preventive actions for service continuity.
  • Update HR tools including talent management and interfaces.
  • Assist end-users in daily HRIS operations.
  • Manage support tickets and resolve technical-functional incidents.
  • Contribute to user documentation and training materials.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions.
  • Stay informed on technological advancements in HRIS.
  • Recommend modernizations and improvements for HRIS tools.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure HRIS efficiency.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources (preferably a Master's in HR/HRIS) or IT with HR specialization.
  • Proven experience in HR Information Systems or HRIS project management.

Skills

Excellent service orientation and enthusiasm. Strong relational skills for diverse interactions. Analytical and synthesis capabilities. Solid understanding of HR processes and information systems. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. Autonomy, organization, and effective project management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a related role.
