Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on strategic HR issues including change management and organizational development.
  • Ensure comprehensive employee lifecycle management within the assigned scope.
  • Support managers in HR decision-making processes for their teams.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify and facilitate necessary training and development actions.
  • Administer personnel management tasks, including contracts and employee records.
  • Manage disciplinary cases and liaise with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with social legislation.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the HR policy, including annual reviews and salary policies.
  • Coordinate and manage social agreements and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food retail or hospitality sector.
  • Strong operational focus with proactive and reactive capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build quality relationships.
  • Passion for the food retail industry and talent identification.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with solid knowledge of labor law.
  • Recognized for rigor and ability to work autonomously.

Experience
