CSR Project Officer (Apprenticeship)

Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the construction and roll-out of the Group’s CSR roadmap, with emphasis on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and preservation/transmission of savoir‑faire.
- Coordinate, implement and animate RSE initiatives in close partnership with HR teams and operational stakeholders across the organisation.
- Support programs aimed at promoting the Houses and professions to young talent (store visits, school outreach, onboarding of interns and work‑study students).
- Work with Internal Communications to amplify CSR strategy and internal visibility (communication collateral, intranet content, internal events).
- Promote and facilitate the skills‑based volunteering programme, enabling employees to engage one paid day per year with partnered associations.
- Produce quarterly reviews and contribute to annual CSR reporting: consolidate data, analyse coherence, quantify impact and propose improvements.
- Conduct market and thematic monitoring on RSE topics (benchmarks, innovations) and participate in internal RSE committees and meetings.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, ideally with a specialization in CSR / RSE, on an apprenticeship (alternance) track.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to work in project mode across multiple stakeholders and functions; organised and rigorous.
- Curious, proactive and willing to propose ideas and take initiative on new topics.
- Practical, adaptable mindset with a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Comfortable speaking English (oral).

Entry‑level. Suitable for candidates at the start of their professional career; prior experience is not required beyond academic projects or relevant internships.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources (alternance), ideally with a specialization in CSR / RSE.
