Le Bon Marché (Paris) seeks a CRM Project Management Intern — 6‑month marketing relations internship starting July 2026.

Overview

Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche is Paris’s landmark luxury department store, recognised for a curated, avant‑garde selection of brands and a distinctive architectural concept. Operated within Groupe Bon Marché and positioned in LVMH's selective retailing universe, the maison services both international tourists seeking an authentic Parisian experience and a discerning local clientele.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM team in producing print and digital communication materials linked to the loyalty programme and client/partner activations.
  • Coordinate creative production: develop timelines, write briefs, prepare copy, organise shoots and liaise with internal designers and external agencies.
  • Assemble final newsletters within the CRM/email tool and supervise print production and mailings.
  • Analyse campaign performance using defined KPIs and prepare reporting for the CRM team.
  • Update and optimise existing communication assets, including copy revisions, translations and conditions.
  • Produce internal communication materials in collaboration with CRM project managers.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and prepare benchmarks aligned with CRM needs.
  • Support budgetary and administrative follow‑up (estimates, invoices, and event result reporting).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (master's-level) programme in business, communications or marketing.
  • Strong organisational rigor, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple production deadlines.
  • Creative sensibility with an aptitude for written content and storytelling.
  • Genuine interest in the luxury sector and gastronomy, and a desire to work in a collaborative, people‑centred team.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic production workflows is a plus.
  • Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship beginning July 2026.

Experience
